The weather in New York has been quasi-Siberian recently, so we decided to pick a movie with warm summery vibes for our second episode. For those of you who don’t know, Grease is an iconic musical set in the late 50’s, starring John Travolta (back when he was sexy) and Olivia Newton John. This is long before this unfortunate event .I’ve seen Grease too many times and know all the songs too well, and Charlie even stared as Danny Zuko in his high school play, so this episode was close to the heart for both of us. It took us around 45 minutes total to get dinner ready. Charlie took care of the burgers and I professionally sliced the sweet potatoes as well as a piece of my thumb. The ground chicken mixed with the veggies doesn’t look the sexiest uncooked but tasted absolutely amazing once grilled ! As for the sweet potato fries, it took a little bit longer than 20 minutes to cook so we set the oven to broil and put the tray higher for 5 more minutes. For the milkshake I reduced the measurements here as I found ours to be a little too sweet but do as you feel ! Have a greasy and delicious second episode!
