When Harry met Sally
  • Tagliatelle with vegetables
  • Apple & pear crumble

When Harry met Sally is the kind of comfort-movie you watch on a cold Sunday night with a bag of cookies and a hot chocolate. Girls love it and guys feel comfortable enjoying Nora Ephron’s rom-com touch, because “Dude, it’s a classic!” The movie takes place in NY and stars Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal; Two friends who let sex get in the way. We decided to make something that represents the relationship between the two main characters: cozy with a hint of sexual tension. As the main dish we decided to cook tagliatelle with mushrooms, eggplant and truffle oil. Its was pretty easy to make and took us around 15 minutes. For desert we figured that a crumble would fit well, we made an apple and pear crumble which is an easy and delicious recipe. As the crumble takes 20 minutes to bake we made it first. Finally we set the movie on the projector, poured ourselves some white wine anddddd… play !
